How Our Cancellation and Refund Policy Works

Customers initially enroll in the ID Pro Guard service through monthly subscriptions. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of offer for which you originally signed up.

Monthly Subscriptions

I am enrolled in a monthly subscription and I would like to cancel. When can I cancel and will I receive a refund?

You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellations will be processed promptly. Refunds are issued if cancelled within 14 days of initial billing of the signup fee. Monthly fees after your initial billing are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation Procedures

I am currently enrolled and would like to cancel. How do I cancel?

When will I receive my refund?

If you entitled to a refund, it will be credited within one (1) billing cycle.
